We created this 6061 billed aluminum splice block for those looking to connect two Shapeoko 3 extrusions in order to extend the length of their machine's cutting area. These offer a turn-key solution to a common problem.

This block is meant to fit inside the factory X or Y extrusion of the shapeoko 3 allowing for a mechanical connection by using M6 hardware.
Requirements:
You will need two sections of Carbide 3D's Shapeoko 3extrusion to splice and be able to drill and countersink, or machine holes on the extensions to be spliced by using the supplied 3d printed drilling template.
